Oh Ruby. You never know what to expect with her some days! This morning she was very talkative as i let her out of the laundry (aka her bedroom!). One thing i have to get her to stop doing is to stop taking food out of Ava's mouth! I gave Ava some left over toast, and Ava is much more picky with her food - she will sniff, lick, check it out, gentle take it (and if she doens't like it, she will spit it out), so this allows Ruby plenty of time to dive in and take it out of her mouth! Ava doesn't do anything either. Later in the morning, i walked into the Bathroom and the next thing i know, Ruby is in the bathtub! She climed in it herself (the place she hates the most!). As i left to go to work, Ava stands there giving me the sadest and partly disgruntled  look as i leave, while Rubes, sits, grinning!

Ruby keeps mum and dad very busy! They left a brand new packet of biscuits on the kitchen bench. Ruby jumped up so she had a front paws on the counter top, struggling to reach across to get the biscuits. She could just reach the tip of the packet but not enough to actually get it. As naughty as it was, they watched her struggle for quite some time to get the packet but having no luck! She doesn't give up easily!

Lately, Ruby has been digging and burrying her bones. Today, dad sat and watched her do it. She had her bone, went off, dug a little hole, popped the bone in, pushed the dirt back with her nose. Five minutes later she went back and dug it up and then re-burried it in another spot. She did it 6 times!  Ava has never, ever burried a bone (or anthing). She went through a huge digging faze as a pup and destroyed Dads garden but never burried anything.

Sitting in the family room at mum and dads and all f a sudden ruby comes running in very fast ( the type of run she does when she has done something she shouldnt). Well, she ran
In, held her head high and had her bag of biscuits in her mouth! She continued to hold it while running around the house!

Ruby is so inquisitive. She often goes right up to the tv to watch it. Or ill catch her sitting right in front looking up, or even sitting on the couch directly in line with the tv watching!

I had some cheese. Ava loves cheese. She gives you puppy dog eyes.

What did these two get up to today?....

Well, i was about to go to work, ava was already sitting in the car when i openee the door. Ruby is a bit more problematic! I call her. She comes running in - with my hot water bottle! She pinched it from inside the covers. Ended up chasing her around tje car and in the house to get it back! Ava still sitting pretty in the back seat!

She is also getting the 'feathers' on her tail now!!

We have been watching deep impact - ruby is very intrigued by it!

Ava finally got to play with a toy for once! Ruby was intrigued with something outside for ages and Ava finally got to play with the new lion toy! Her puppy-ness came back!! We miss her pep!

Becoming identical twins!

Therapist Ruby. She will solve all your problems.

Aw they are being so sweet tonight. Sitting together playing with their toys. Ruby gets a bit carried away most of the time, but she stayed relatively in line this time!

I stayed home all day from work (sick), and laid on the couch watching tv. Ava sat at the end, keeping my feet warm and Ruby laid right out along side me acting like a little hot water bottle!

For some odd reason, Ruby's ears are ALWAYS crimped! Avas only get that way when they are wet!

A little crimped ear!!
